A deposit is required at the time of booking for all appointments to secure your date and time. All deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferable once, provided at least 48 hours notice is given prior to your appointment. Late Arrival Policy: Arriving late for your appointment will reduce the time available for your service or may result in a cancellation. There’s a 10 minute grace period for all appointments. No Show Policy: If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice (no-show), you will be required to pay the full amount for the missed appointment. Additionally, in order to reschedule, payment for the next appointment in full will be required in advance. If you miss two consecutive appointments without prior notice, you will no longer be accepted as a client. Rescheduling Policy: Rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours prior to your appointment to apply your existing deposit to the new appointment. If rescheduling occurs within 48 hours of the scheduled time, the original deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to reschedule. For purposes of safety & privacy, we cannot allow more than one guest in the studio at a time. No +1’s unless you have scheduled back to back appointments with friends or family, and the service provider is aware. NO CHILDREN can accompany you to your appointment.
